Shoot Fees & Usage – Rates in DOLLARS BUYOUTS ONLY PAYABLE IF IN THE FINAL SPOT The rates are dependant on what usage is used. (But will be one of the 2) US/UK Only spots – 600/session & 6500/buyout + 20% Agency US/UK/DE/AT spots – 600/session & 7700/buyout + 20% Agency Regions and Rates vary based on the individual spot: – 1 Year All Broadcast & Cable Television – US, UK, Germany & Austria – 1 Year Internet / New Media – Worldwide – 1 Year Out of Home – UK, Germany & Austria – 1 Year Industrial (Theatrical / Cinema & In-Store / Point of Sale) – Worldwide – (we’re willing to bump this down to 6 months usage if rates become an
issue with certain agents/talent) – Unlimited Lifts & Edits – Principal (OCP) Exclusivity as follows: Personal Digital Assistant devices or services, including but not limited to speaker products or services (e.g. Sonos).
