Buyout Terms
Media types:
i: All forms of TV/ Cinema (including VOD, instore/POS/Instadium CCTV) ii:

Term: Media types i & ii: One (1) year from first transmission/publication

BTS: All talent may feature in BTS materials
1 x 60″ Commercial
TV & Cinema versions with unlimited number of lifts, edits, cutdowns and
compilations
Local executions: some of the TVCs and ads will be adapted into local
versions for the various territories.
Financial compensation
– General Information: a shooting work day is 9 hours and 1 hour meal
break. Overtime at 1/5 of shoot day fee. OT applies to Shoot Day only.
– No residual/reuse payments for any of the cast. Buyouts will be paid
where applicable and upon first usage.
Principal Talent
Shoot day fee: GBP £350pd inclusive of agents fee
Travel/rest day fee: GBP £175 pd inclusive of agents fee
Hair compensatory GBP £350pd inclusive of agents fee
Recall fee @ £50.00
Hero Buyout as per Media Schedule GBP £15,000 inclusive of agents fee
Other Talent as per Media Schedule GBP £10,000 inclusive of agents fee

Everyone suggested in MUST BE aged 25 or over as this is a commercial
promoting alcohol & will need to bring their passports to the casting for
verification. They will also be asked to sign a form agreeing to the above

HERO: Male, 25-35, average build. He needs to have a beard. The more
established
the better. He also needs to be happy to have it trimmed down & his hair
tidied up for this job so needs to be happy with this.
Hes an everyday guy that is on the attractive side of normal. Hes
interesting yet relatable. They have given Tom Hardy as a facial steer (not
in build).
HOST/BARBER: Male 45-60. Hes cool & charismatic. He has presence. Bill
Murray, amongst
other, has been given as a reference due to his vibe. This guy is stylish &
expressive.
GUY: Male, 25-35. He needs a head full of hair THAT HE IS HAPPY TO SHAVE OFF
COMPLETELY!!! He will be made completely bald. I know its a big ask but
please make some interesting suggestions with good faces.
MOUSTACHE GUY: Male, 30s. He needs a FULL MOUSTACHE THAT HE IS HAPPY TO
SHAVE OFF
COMPLETELY!!! He will have it shaved off during the shoot. Please make some
