Casting for an ALCOHOL BRAND.

is different to the one on your artist’s Spotlight CV. I always email
appointments.
Please don’t suggest anyone who has advertised for a competing brand in the
last 3 years please.
Travel/Shoot dates: Exact dates TBC but including travel at the moment
anytime between 9th – 15th May in Romania.
Please make sure all suggestions have a valid passport with at least 6
months left to run.

your artist at the casting itself.

Seeking:
SAILOR: He could have a playing age of 30-45. He’s a weathered looking sailor. He
has a strong face with a lot of personality. A face that has seen it all,
that sits on a body that doesn’t take any rubbish. He looks like he’s had
the wind & sun on his face for 8 months straight.
SHIPS CAPTAIN: A captain type. References range from a youth full & smart looking Captain
Birdseye to Onedin Line (please look at photo references attached).
THE DOCTOR: He could have a playing age of 50-60. He has a strong & memorable face. He’s
academic & intellectual. RP. He is NOT the charming joyful type. References
include Wilhelm Röntgen. He does NOT need a beard (please look at photo
references attached).
CHIMNEY SWEEP: He could have a playing age of 30-50. He’s blue collar & has a regional
accent (please comment from where). He’s fit & agile with a square face &
big hands! References include Dick van Dyke in Mary Poppins.
WASHING LINE LADY: Think Brenda Blethyn in Secrets and Lies. She could have a playing age of
40-50.
SHERLOCK: He could have a playing age of 40-45. References include Basil Rathbone’s
interpretation of Sherlock Holmes from the 40’s. He’s intelligent, stoic &
eccentric (please look at photo references attached).
BANK MANAGER: He could have a playing age of 35-45. He may have a dasking moustache. Not
essential at all but an idea. He should not have a modern, shaved haircut.

CORSET SHOPPER: She should have an incredible hourglass figure with a tiny waist (think
burlesque). She could have a playing age of 25-30.
QUEEN VICTORIA: She needs to look as much like Queen Victoria as possible when she was
around 42 years of age. We are not talking about the young Victoria. Rather
the older, more iconic one. Please refer to the photo attached.
